I don’t usually get political, but there is a first time for everything. RFRA in Louisiana. I can believe it, and it’s called The Marriage and Conscience Act. Let’s pick that part. How can anyone with a conscience advocate for such a thing? Do people really think that if like minded Americans oppress and deny the LGBTQ community rights we will disappear and become silent? As an African American, I know it didn’t work on us. It hasn’t really worked on any culture or race, but it is evidence that history repeats itself. That being said, maybe not today…maybe not even next year, but somewhere down the line is a very rude awakening.
